He is a stereotype of a mentally disabled kid with special needs. He, in similar vein to Junior, annoys Mario whom he calls "daddy" and his girlfriend Rosalina "mommy" , while doing other things such as spanking his diaper that is outside of his pants.

Many fans were outraged from this video to the point where some did not even watch a video involving Jeffy.
